I had to return home for the early arrival of another grandchild
so have only just got back to Lavalette and installed the box your
sent me. I just wanted to say many thanks for the Freesat box. As
you said, just plug in and it will work and it did! I'm delighted

- reception is brilliant, everything is really easy to work, the
HUMAX box is a joy, and the wiring is pretty unobtrusive. Even the
non-arrival of the little TV set for the bedroom worked out well
- we are happy with that English TV we already had there.

Just a few lines to say thank you for sending the HD Digibox box
- it arrived OK on Monday and after a few alterations to the setup
of my audio connections, I now have a truly amazing television.
I also bought a surround amplifier to compliment the setup and added
two rear speakers. The sound and picture are, what the Americans
say, Awesome! - I like to take this opportunity also to thank you
for your immense help and advice prior to my initial purchase and
would gladly like to express my appreciation in any recommendations
that some customers may need before they also buy an HD Digibox.

Thanks for your friendly manner in Ceret. Followed your instructions
and took my time feeding the cable in a neat manner across the roof
and into the set, aligned the dish and with several tweaks managed
to receive a signal. With a little more adjustment, managed to achieve
90% signal and 90% quality. Your tip on following the French dish
direction and moving slightly left did the trick. We need now to
upgrade the TV at a later date as the format is only 4x3. We are
both very pleased with the result and it has improved the quality
our of visits to our little retreat in St. Cyprien Plage. - Thelma
